    I ended up solving the issue by using "Disconnect device" in the Octopus app and then set it up from scratch again. Using "Reconnect device" did not work. Now the charging behaviour is back to normal.

    Have been using IO without issues for months. Starting this week, IO always stop charging once the car reaches 55%, even though charge schedule is assigned and we are within it. If I manually start the charge, it is turned off by IO within minutes.

    Just got a reply: They offer Sep 30 as an alternative, but won't work for me, as I need to use the car at 5am that day. I guess I could only cut my trip short to get the car... which sucks.     Just received a bad news for my collection on Sep 21 in Bluewater. Just got a message from Tesla saying: Lots of troubles. Already bought my train tickets and insurance. Only Sep 29 is available for reschedule, but I am not free during Sep 26 - 29 and I need to use this car on Sep 30.

    I think you can call them to get an interim flexible tariff, instead of the fixed tariff online.

    Thanks for the info. I called them this morning and my switch will be on Sep 2. The agent said I can only get whatever tariff rate for Go at the time I finish my switch, wish both of us luck!

    I got nothing confirmed yet, as I am just start looking into this matter today, and the 40/7.5p tariff is what their website quote for my region only, instead of my personalised quote. I will call them first thing next week. Hope it is not too late. Thanks!
