I have to say they are not even close to the reliability of Tesla superchargers. Most of the charging station are not fully functional and there are usually only 4 chargers at each station (and only one or two 350kw chargers). If one is down and the other is taken, then you are out of luck.

You need to download the Electrify America app. I believe the free charging is over but it is still cheaper than most super chargers.

I ordered my model 3 performance on 05/03/2022 and it was delivered yesterday (06/23). To my surprise it still has lumbar support and mobile charger coming with it. Has anyone got similar experience?

M3P is only 5k more than lr now. Looks like a no brainer to me.
