So first real day in use - parking without ultrasonic is a pain! The fwd camera doesn't show, just the sides and rear. Roll on Teslavision! Have to say, that's the only thing that bothers me - superb apart from that.

I was getting repeated cautions last night for the left pillar camera. Not sure if an actual issue or not - camera was clean.

These are all the same length front to rear, so probably the older ones. Tesla config control is "fit whatever you have" I think! There appears to be very vague and loose baselines for builds.

You can reschedule by text too if it doesn't suit. USS, good question as I've thought about this too. Saw a model y the other day and it had no USS fitted. I'm sceptical about how effective Teslavision will be for tight parking...

Before the lease company took the order over, I took a screenshot of the car with RN and EDD. Sent it to me wife and said " this won't happen will it?" An hour later, Tesla texted me with a date! Same options as @bainsy you clearly have superb taste ;-)

I'm with ALD, due to take delivery in the 19th Nov and they texted me with registration and VIN. Heard nothing for ages, them suddenly got everything!

Call the Tesla contact number and they'll update you. Prepare for it to be vague though! As for linking the RN, that will be when you get the car. At the moment the lease company 'own' the car and you'll be able to connect the app when you pick up/take delivery. That's how I currently understand...

Called Tesla and was told 'November', ordered 18th may. 6 months, not bad I guess.

Saw another later, heading up toward the Midlands (NEC?) There was another low loader later too full of MSM and white. On the first there was a lone black with 20" wheels. Didn't see any blue with 20" wheels... :-(

This is a concern as I'm with ALD too. They are incredibly non communicative . Ive just emailed Tesla to make sure everything is in order. Oh, that for rejected...yay.

I did this too and could see it until the money was refunded and ALD had taken the finance over. Then the car disappeared. I checked and the order is still there according to Tesla. Who knows?... I just hope I've done everything and end up waiting to Q4 for nothing!

That's brilliant information, more than I've had from anyone to be honest - appreciate the insight on the process. I'd initially paid the £200 deposit myself and it was refunded when ALD took over the order - didn't expect this and it did concern me!

I'm with ALD and their Comms so far has been poor at best. Tesla said it's all good and up to ALD and ALD said it's up to Tesla... Ordered 18 May and originally had a Sept/Nov date. Since ALD took the financing as a company car lease, I can no longer see a car. Totally in the dark.

I now know why there are no Tesla's in the UK. Norway seems to have got them all!! Just kidding, but it was amazing to see so many! Norway has its EV game nailed. My friend had some alligator alloy wheel protection fitted to his MY - might be a good investment.

Yeah, I thought it had fallen through, but apparently it's when ALD take over the order. Only snag is the car dropped off the app. So here I am left with watching MY videos on YouTube and frequenting Tesla forums!

Nothing, I did call Tesla to make sure I'd not missed something out and they said it's all fine, I have a reservation allocated and nothing to worry about. It was weird when the refunded the deposit too..that's what prompted me to call!

ALD here too, but blue and induction. Last I saw, delivery was sept-nov. Can't see the car anymore, so no idea on delivery now.

Trying to be patient - MYLR ordered mid May through company so it initially appeared in the app, then disappeared! Blue, Induction wheels, Black interior. EDD Sept/Nov 22. Standing by to get punted to the right!
