Thanks for the reply. Easy entry was the problem kept turning Sentry mode on. I made sure to turn it off but kept coming back on but thankfully for the past day it hasn't done it (fingers crossed sorted itself out maybe). Im a constant Tesla app checker so thanks for the heads up around that...

Can I just ask incase you know.... these free 6K miles are they supposed to be tied to the car or your account? So if I was to purchase another Tesla I won't be able to use them and they'll stay with the car even if I sold it?

No idea mate but assuming so. I think the free miles would become the default payment method and once they’re all used up, it’ll go back to charging your card

Im in the same boat and they just told me it'll get added to your account in Jan (won't give me a date). I dont think you'll need to do anything in the app and they'll just appear.... Out of interest I got charged aswell, do you know how quick your account is debited?
