I can't make out what the yellow construction equipment is, but it is in the Blue Line right of way. Moreover the right of way seems to be fenced off. Hopefully, the reconstruction project and the supercharger install can happen concurrently rather than sequentially.

Wondering what's the delay with this site. Is the meter installed? All of the cabinets (3 white, 1 green)? If so, would it be worth e-mailing the project manager indicated on the permit? I've never seen an otherwise completed supercharger with such a long activation delay.

Thanks for the information. A Tesla technician, at the location servicing the stalls a few weeks back, while not knowing the time line said that Tesla plans to upgrade the site to v3 at some point. I was hoping that this might be the time.

Nav system said Cary supercharger closed today. I drove by anyway since I was close by and it’s still up and working. I’m charging as I type this. My guess is that they are closing the site soon for maintenance and/or upgrades. Does anyone have more detailed information?
