Had the same issue and this is how I cleared the messages. First disconnect the high voltage connector located under the passenger side rear seat. Second power down the computer (under Safety at the bottom of the screen…you need to scroll down). Third disconnect your low voltage battery...

I’ve got the exact same problem with the same tire. Just to test an idea I removed the tire cover( 2019 m3) and the squeaking stopped. Still don’t have an exact fix but did narrow it down.
