Tesla just left our home. They finally acknowledged they DID do the install and they are replacing EVERYTHING including the electrical panel and all breakers to pur Home, redoing the wiring and new wall Charger! Too bad I had to file a complaint with the ROC to get them to do this.

Well well well!!! Tesla finally got back to me and they acknowledged they did in fact do the work and they are sending someone out here! I should hear back within 24hr! They see the contract, proof of payment and they are finally acknowledging that they did the work!!!

Tesla arranged it all. They had a cap on the max amount to be charged as well. It wouldn’my go over $1500 no matter how far away the electric box was. I haven’t contacted my homeowners insurance yet. The damage wasnt that bad luckily but I would like to speak with someone that works at Tesla that can acknowledge that they did in fact install this and hopefully they can just come and fix this. This could’ve ended very badly.
