Okay, so by the sounds of it you have been allocated a car that was ordered and then rejected by somebody else. This is a second round of VIN allocations for the rejected cars on the Hoegh Chiba, I doubt it is a VIN allocated from a different ship. Great if there is another shipment coming soon...

Somebody in the Tesla Owners Ireland FB group said that Tesla told them today that all Q1 allocations for Ireland were complete now so if you don't have a VIN assigned now then you are not getting a car in this Q and the best you can hope for now is a May/June shipment.

So it looks like Irish Tesla's could arrive into Dublin Port just before midnight on the 28/8 on board Schelde Highway. Teslas have arrived from Zeebrugge on this ship in the past so it's a strong contender.

There are 3 Ro-Ro ships a week to Dublin and they take about 36 hours to cross from Zeebrugge. I don't know how long the cars spend in Zeebrugge before they are loaded onto the Dublin ship but I'm guessing it's not long.

My Wifes M3RWD EDD is 17-31 August in Ireland VIN from source code is 609XXX. If the Irish cars go to Zeebrugge before coming here then that would suggest a ship arriving in Zeebrugge before the 14/15 of August.

Is it just me or do some of those cars still have the chrome trim? I thought that wasn't even an option now.
