Pyro fuse is on passenger side mounted to the shunt (on LHD vehicles). You must have touched shunt.- Michal Foksa

I think BMS_a128_SW_shunt_MIA (shunt is missing) seems to be the main problem. Is cable between HV controller and the the shunt connected?- Michal Foksa
