Does the charge handle go all the way in? Sometimes the plastic charging tips have been known to break off and get stuck in your cars charge port and does not allow for the charge handle to fully seat. You can Google for this issue.

Don’t buy aftermarket, you need the software upgrade to actually use the hitch. Even a bike rack would keep throwing errors without it. I’m glad I bought the Tesla hitch. It was actually a great experience they gave me plenty of Uber credits and got it done in one day.

Our Y developed a crack in the bottom corner within a few days after we took delivery. No chips or signs of impact. Tesla replaced it. We also have a zero deductible windshield replacement insurance for all our cars (which we didn't use for this incident).

I believe this is completely normal. My car does the same and at lower speeds. It has to do with the battery temperature. It does this when I’m barely on the accelerator and also when I’m barely using regen braking at speed. Hope this helps, definitely more of a coil whine sound in my opinion...
