Yes , i called them because they gave me a rule 21 interconnection as reason for denial for VPP = Tesla did NOT register PW's with them .. week after speaking to PGE i received a YOU do not have permission to operate PW's ....

i have 2 PW's that Tesla is now registering and on the application it also states 10.77kW export

no black bills ... they were never registered so PGE doesn't know they are here ... but since i applied for VPP and was turned downed and called PGE ( gave them the install date 07/21) = they now know i have them installed and they sent a notice stating i do NOT have permission to operate (PTO) ..

Tesla installed the PW ... I just looked up the install in my Tesla account and it looks like they did not register them with PG&E ... spoke to Tesla energy and they are sending it up to next level ( what ever that means) ....

i received "you are not eligible to enroll at this time " in tesla app .. i called the number tesla listed 800 743 5000 for PGE .. 1st pge said my system was not listed with them and perhaps it was just installed = i stated the solar was installed in 2017 ... 2nd they stated the 2 PW were not...
