After checking the log file as you told me I believe the problem lies in the docket on Synology isolate the network and then I couldn’t find anywhere to give them a nameserver to resolve the Internet address required to perform the auth…..

I added 192.168.1.89 as that is the address of my Synology

I don’t know about error log, I just couldn’t get pass the first login for Teslamate. Keep saying Authentication Error or Token error

Thanks. It asked me to download an app to generate tokens. I downloaded and generated the tokens, then copied and pasted to teslamate interface but it says token error
