Sorry to hear that. I grew up in Maryland (in the boring DC suburbs) but have lived in Gloucester for 26 years. There is no comparison, in my book! PS I checked the site today; still no meter.

Just checked, and no change. The meter is still missing from the side of the transformer.

Whatever it is, it's gone now. I stopped by last night and it looks like they are "done" with this phase; pretty much all of the clutter has been removed from inside the fence, including this thing.

The timing on this is clear: they started construction in my home town pretty much the day I traded in my 2016 Model S 75D that had free lifetime supercharging.
