For some reason, it took two visits to fully resolve mine, but it was fixed after the second visit and hasn't returned yet.

Thanks for this... I first installed electrical tape but I could tell it would be chewed up as others have reported, so I removed it. Next, I installed similar white foam that's 1.5" thick. Will report back on the results.

My plastic moves around just like yours does in your video. I moved it some and it stopped rattling for the time being. Thanks!
