The light wasn’t on so I cycled through all of the settings. It lowers and then raises back up but best I can tell it comes back to right about the same spot no matter what setting I put it on.

I do have it apart and can examine and test the board. I don’t see any obvious issues. I went to test the LEDs / board with a multimeter and realized I don’t actually know how- that is, I don’t know where to test for resistance, or lack thereof. Any tips?

Maybe I’m mistaken but it seems crazy that they don’t have any warranty on a refurbished pack. It will be interesting to see the failure rate on the refurbished packs compared to the original A and B packs.
