I ordered through Tesla with ALD and I had pickup at Bluewater on 28th Sept - seeing all the news of delays I am slightly concerned, but as I no longer have access to the Tesla through the account I am worried it will be a wasted trip! Anyone else with a 28/09 delivery had a delay?

I have only spoken to them once on the phone, but they seem very helpful and friendly, so hopefully that continues - I might pester you after you have picked up the car to see how it went if thats ok? 😂

So does that mean I have to rely on the keycards on pick up day, and then wait for the app access later?

That is an interesting one - I am coming out of an I-Pace, so I am very familiar with sharing one app, it would just be nice to do things the 'proper way', but thank you for the link! I wonder what stats are missing - I can't stand artificial limiting of software features for the sake of it, so...

Interesting question on this - does that mean I need to talk to the lease company to add any additional drivers? Do I lose any functionality in the app?

I have booked delivery, and I still haven’t had any changes to the account! When I spoke to ALD yesterday they said they are still waiting on the details of the car from tesla, so I guess it will happen then.

I wonder if it is the home delivery? I just spoke to ALD because I now have a confirmed pickup date, but I still haven't heard anything from them. They said they are still waiting on the reg details from Tesla and then they will ask for payment/direct debit etc. 🤷‍♂️

I have also just spoken to Tesla, and I also chose ALD - but the rep just told me it is a glitch that they are aware of effecting a lot of orders, so who knows! 🤷‍♂️ They also said that they are hoping it will be fixed by tomorrow morning.

I was having the exact same issue yesterday, except for me it’s a blue Model 3! And it just says ‘s Car at the top!

I could be wrong, but I think that is when your Tesla account isn't signed in!

I ordered 1 month later than you (almost to the day) and I have Sept 15 - Sep 30 with a BW pickup. Still no VIN!

Similar to everyone else it seems, after being stuck for a couple of months at Sep 5 - October 20, my EDD finally changed yesterday to Sep 15 - Sep 30. Still no VIN, but I am really hopeful that means we will get delivery in September as we ordered in April!

I ordered the same spec as you exactly, but I am picking up from Bluewater - do you mind if I ask how you are financing it as that is the only potential difference, my EDD is still showing September 5 - Oct 20

I am in the same boat! Model Y LR | White | Black Interior | 20" Wheels | Ordered 26/04/22 | Business Lease through ALD | EDD August -June 20th-June 26th September 5th - October 20th Nope - as you can see lots of narrowing of dates, but nothing for a while! I haven’t heard a peep from them!
