I received my TM3 holiday update just before Christmas. Not too many added features because Tesla Japan restricts many of the features. -

Why does Tesla want to charge me ¥230,243 to install software updates? My car failed the last two updates I received OTA, and now Tesla wants me to pay them for a manual update. -

Mobile Connector (Charger)
It's a grounding issue. I haven't had any issues (luckily), I guess my outlets are grounded properly, but I remember the dealer and someone on YouTube showing a special grounding adapter that you have to use here in Japan.
