I went with Churchill, £880 with 9+ NCD, 10k miles and 1 additional named driver. Make sure you tick all the tracker/alarm/dashcam boxes as this is all standard on our cars.

Judging from previous messages in this thread, it can be anywhere between same day and 7 days. First load of deliveries came roughly 1 month after the 'Your Model Y arrival date is being calculated' text.

Just received the 'Your Model Y arrival date is being calculated' bla bla text, EDD is still a month away, could be a good sign that the delivery dates are being pulled forward?

I have a hidden VIN in HTML and using the plugin but the API doesn't return a VIN for me.

What's the process to report these once you've taken delivery of your vehicle? Do you need to do all checks before officially taking ownership of the car or do you have a few days to go over it in your own time at home?

I actually never check anymore, wrote a little program which sends me a push notification when my EDD changes 😌

This is unfair, I feel like every new Tesla should come with a mandatory "check EDD/hidden VIN 4 times a day" period of at least 3 months!

Same here, was asked to accept the chuckle vision disclaimer and was then allocated a vin + delivery window shifted from 21-31 to 23-31 December. Let's hope this is pushed forward slightly as I won't be in any state to drive around Xmas!

A friend of mine has the standard MY and his has matrix headlights which do matrix headlight things. It also does the Tesla light show which writes 'Tesla' using the matrix headlights.

EDD returned, shifted slightly to 11-31st December. Haven't received the Tesla Vision prompt yet though

Just rang Tesla, there's a very good chance that the EDD will move back to Q4 and payment isn't due until 7 days prior to the delivery date. Paying early does not impact your spot on the boat. Operator also said they've just had confirmation that all UK MYPs will be coming from Shanghai.

May this year, was going to pay in full tomorrow to secure my spot on the boat. Guess I'll be giving them a call instead!

Just called Tesla to see if any collection points were opened closer to me, managed to swap to NEC instead of Bristol. EDD still the same and operator confirmed vehicles are coming from Shanghai.

I'm the same but EDD still remains at 4-31 Dec. Bristol collection ( hope they do NEC collection again though!)
