Does the permit for this SC expire on 4/15? Does Tesla need to start construction before the expiration date or finish the construction?

Any signs of construction? The start date on the permit is today 3/15.

Any updates on this supercharger? Tesla find us page has changed the target opening of this site to Q4 2023.

What happens if they don’t get the project done in that time window? Will they need to apply for another permit?

Does anyone know what this permit means? Does it show that Tesla has applied for the permit or does it mean Tesla has received the permit? If applied, how long does it take to be approved?

Does anybody have any ides if there will be any superchargers on US 183 highway between Leander TX and Cisco TX? It is 160 miles without superchargers and it is on the main route from Austin to Abilene.
