Yes, you are right. Those subbles with particles cannot go away. I think they rushed the job.

Well I hope that is the truth. The car was tinted a weeks ago and I put the car in the garage for the first 2 days. Then baked it under the sun for 5 days. I don't think the wrinkles and the pockets will go away though.
