Definitely not all of April, I’m the backend, 29th, and my EDD reverted from Dec ‘22 - Jan ‘23 to it’s original 9-12 months from order placement. I’m guessing the cutoff is somewhere a bit earlier in April.

Unfortunately, I fully agree with this. Happens to me every so often on iOS app. Occasionally the refresh brings it back and other times I need to sign out and back in again, but always comes back.

Just checked. Same for me, order date 29/4. Seems far too early for it to be any movement on my order. Is this not just a general wording change across the board?

Maybe that’s it. I am in regional NSW, but did ask for Sydney collection.

Not sure if this is a me problem or just because the system hasn’t got round to forecasting my EDD because it’s still so far out. But, when I login to my account, (web or mobile app) all I have is the order number, completed and next steps detail, and I’m up to the “Preparing for Delivery”...

Thanks for that. Will sit in the waiting room quietly for the next six months, crossing my fingers and hoping for a cancellation or my turn to finally come up in the queue.
