Just got the call today, my M3 is ready for pick up from Christchurch next Tuesday. I was going to get it delivered (central Otago) but they didn’t have a timeline for that & I can just can’t wait anymore!

Anyone know what sort of time frame is takes for the deliveries to happen once the car lands in the country, weeks / a month? And does dock into Christchurch, I’m in Otago and not able to pickup.

Just called and found out they’re ‘soft matching’ cars and delivery confirmation will be in a few days. Ship due around the 29th Oct.

I was under the impression that the VIN is assigned when the vehicle is in NZ, just received final invoice 2 days ago with VIN on the invoice with a build date of Oct 7th, so surely it’s in China awaiting shipping.

Ordered my M3 April 10th. Anyone else in the same boat? Does anyone have an idea of how many shipments will make it to NZ by Christmas?
