I installed these. Literally a 5 minute install. You still have to close manually, but it opens the frunk automatically. I've had mine for about 5 months and use it almost daily. One of the best upgrades I added to my car. Amazon.com

Although, reading some in the link given above, it seems the 6-50 may not be exactly the same like the 14-50's are.

Check out the Bryant versions. They are pretty much exactly the same, but generally much less expensive.
