We were there yesterday and the car nav said (I think these are the right numbers ) 2A and 4 A were down. There was a note on stall that said there was a bent pin in the connector
This station got quite the workout during the eclipse traffic rush last week I was just glad we had no...
Nice new car Plus... Hope you enjoy it
So the Bumpers have been removed so Cybertrucks can charge :) Charge port is too far from the rear bumper for the bumpers and bollards
I was at work that day and we didn't have a TV, but we had a VCR with a Tuner and a Monitor ( I was working on a video system for an Aerospace company) We managed to rig up the VCR to the monitor and watched the replay. I still get haunted watching that video
Most of the time, it's still like something out of a science fiction novel - I still am in awe each time the booster touches down. Of course I watched every space launch from the time I was 4 or so until the shuttle was regularly flying and I was a working adult.
Any word on what's going on with this one? it's been almost a year now since it first popped up on Supercharge.info. I would have thought it would be on line by now since the transformer has been there over 2 months. Must still have some issue that hasn't been worked out yet.
Had trouble watching the SpaceX feed live, but the launch and landing were successful - Wish they'd go back to YouTube for their coverage, X isn't much of a streaming platform
Not sure what to make of the numbers, but if it's 1.2M (600K grant and 600K matching ) for 4 DC stalls, then the government needs to get out of the charging business and just let Tesla install them all. Pretty sure just like 10 years ago when the government spent a lot of money to have Blink...
Forgot all about it, just watched the replay. New crew making announcements and one error when the landing burn started the person said "Entry burn start up" but quickly corrected to "Landing burn startup" :)
CCS at Quartzite is a joke- Singlehandedly setting EV adoption back 10 years as fare as I'm concerned. We used it this summer with our Lighting and while we successfully charged it wasn't pleasant at all. (only 1 station worked at full rate both times we were through there, luckily we got...
I looked at utilization about 3:00pm up and down I-5 There were open stalls at all the major Supercharger sites- Tejon Ranch, Kettleman City, Harris Ranch, Stella Nella, Firebaugh. Some of the smaller sites appeared to ether be down to just a couple of stalls or full, but I think that...
FWIW. Contractor for the Rivian chargers was on site today dipping some wiring in the Rivian stalls. They look close to complete with two of them as pull through stalls for Rivians hauling trailers.
I too can confirm it’s online. Used it this afternoon. Although it wasn’t yet in the cars nav it did show in the app. $.48/KWH so more expensive than sites further south but same as Sundial.
I don't think it launched today.
This List_of_Falcon_9_and_Falcon_Heavy_launches Says Saturday morning now, I didn't see a reason, although they are probably busy making sure the ISS resupply mission goes off without a hitch
I just checked and it was slightly delayed,, Now (as of 6:30 MST) set for 12:05AM EST Nov 8th...
And SpaceX shows a webcast will be available at their site again. Hallelujah
Looks like there is a launch tonight. ( 11/3/23) from SLC -40 6:30EDT
18th flight of this booster! Amazing It's so routine now no publicity to speak of surrounding it. Hope it's successful

FWIW- I find I can use my thumb to swipe up for right and swipe down for left turn signal - that seems to be the best way to activate them if the yoke/wheel isn't straight ahead when you want to activate the signal.. YMMV
