    Unless I am wrong, IO charges 40p for the remaining 18 hours. On the whole that’s a poorer value proposition?

    Isn’t that from the Intelligent Octopus connection but then you’re locked in to 40p/KWh for the rest of your home? My current single tariff at home is 29p and I use more electricity at home than for my Tesla.

    Also why would anyone use a more expensive Source London charger when there are cheaper lamppost chargers available?

    I use 24-28p lampposts at night in quiet residential streets. If street parking is good for normal cars, it should be good for my Tesla :). Currently my home electricity tariff is higher than this.

    Joining late to the thread but hoping to get some insights. My home electricity tariff at the moment is 29,6p/kWh. Some chargers like Ubitricity are at 24p/kWh in Putney. They are at 32p in Fulham. I have been charging at the 24p Ubitricity lamppost and it works like a dream. Is there any reason...
