Sometimes the chat window will be offered if you are just browsing the site, but going into the existing inventory seems to be the best way - just move around and look at a couple of cars, and it may appear.

I If you have an RN number, you can use the chat window on the Tesla site, or pop into the “local” showroom - I’ve found that Tesla will give you more information than the lease company!
