Tried the two button reboot and problem persists. Someone in another thread mentioned that they opened a service ticket and Tesla acknowledged that it's a known software bug that will be addressed in a future OTA update.

Having the same issue. Just upgraded to 2022.28.2 last night and thought that the problem was resolved because like others - I've noticed it only happens on weekdays, which I have preconditioning set for. Precondition is usually set for ~7 AM and I usually get the message ~2 hrs after I arrive...

Appreciate the response! I ended up scheduling through another SC and they took the appt. Also explained how the previous SC cancelled on me and they stated that they'll be able to perform the service. Fingers-crossed that they can.
