MCU Upgrade

I have a 65 plate MS 90D with MCU1 and want to upgrade. I have tried requesting via the app but keep getting the message as shown. Can anyone please advise?

Hi everyone, I'm really looking forward to collecting my Tesla S hopefully in the next week. The sales team at Stratford upon Avon, UK has been marvellous. I bought the 2015 model and just looking forward to a nice warm day when I can have the sunroof open.
