This seems to be fixed for me now. I can see the car is fully asleep via ChargeHQ and when opening the Tesla app, I see the usual ‘Last seen’ which after a few seconds updates and shows the current status as you’d expect. To confirm, no update has been installed but I know Tesla can push stuff...

This tallies with my thoughts and Tesla escalating my SC ticket to the cell team then. Both my M3 and MY are running 2023.20.9, M3 is fine but MY isn’t waking yet has signal, so gotta be SMS wake.

I have this exact issue and have been doing some testing around it. I have a Model 3 and a Model Y, both running 2023.20.9. Both are in the same location and have LTE, my Model 3 will go to sleep and wake when you open the app (SMS to wake is clearly reaching the car). My Model Y will not wake...

This looks seriously awesome! Thinking of having the same done (minus the windshield as it’s not legal here in UK). As per your original comment, did you go for 50% on driver/passenger windows and 35% on rear and back window? Is that what those photos are of? Spent ages trying to find examples...

Been looking into it for a while but I’ve finally managed to find someone who is willing to do it for me and knows Tesla’s inside out!

Really would like to chat to someone who has done what the title says. I know their are lots of guides online but would really appreciate chatting to someone who has done this or had it done in their car!
