Ok thanks. Unfortunately this didn’t work. Went into service mode and apparently there is a firmware mismatch with one of the modules. Guess I’m stuck until my service appointment.

No issue here. Like others I would suggest contacting service or scheduling a service appointment. I’m on the same update and it’s working fine as far as I can tell.

Glad your going to be ok. Not sure it’s totaled but one thing I think everyone should know or at least think about when going into a intersection is that you always check your left and never assume anyone is stopping. It’s the most dangerous point of that intersection for a driver. I’m not here...

I’ve never had your issue or anything similar but if possible go in and talk to someone in person about this and put a face to this situation. Sorry your having such a unpleasant experience.

But even if you accidentally turn on cruise it’s adaptive cruise and will only run into something if your holding the accelerator.

Could be that the people we see on YouTube do this all the time and report more than the average person here and therefore have had those routes improved possibly.

The current model S key fob works on the 3 and Y. My wife recently purchased one on eBay and can confirm it’s working great. I guess a model S owner had two that came with the car and totaled it. Got two for $150.
