Ahhh, good eyes! I think it probably is, but a bit tough to say for sure.

A previous poster wrote this: "Arrowhead Electric Coop is here today running power to the transformer." I agree that none of the pictures show a transformer. That said, there aren't pictures showing an empty slab where a transformer would go either, so it's unclear if one is actually there or not.

I was holding out (likely irrational) hope that it would be active by Labor Day weekend, as we're heading to the North Shore for a few days. Maybe I'll still get lucky! But I'm not holding my breath... ;)

If we've lucky, maybe @Brolan will also see a transformer and meter in Marshall. If that's the case, Tesla may be looking to active both of these, plus Eagan at (roughly) the same time! Hopefully they aren't waiting for Blaine (no transformer) and these three can move forward more quickly...

Tesla had folks on-site repairing the NE Minneapolis location (Supercharger - Minneapolis, MN). Hopefully they are heading to Bloomington to activate this one!
