Coming off Stamford Rd (near Bunnings & McDonalds) I take a hard left and drive up the “Do Not Enter” taxi only ramp which takes you straight to the superchargers. If there is a taxi I might not do this; but I haven’t seen a taxi yet.

Ooh I stand corrected. It is on my map. So yeah, I’ll go with Saturday + novelty as initial reason for high usage.

I was impressed in part because the new charger isn’t even in my in-car maps/navigation yet. I only know about it because I found this thread months ago, and started watching its progress leading to completion. Appearing in anyone else’s car map?

7 out of 9 chargers in use!

Hurray it is live! The 9th charger is front-drive in (being used by my car in photo); and other 8 are reverse park.

The “big white power units” look decidedly red in my photo lol

Yeah, at least 6 is great. I think I counted 8 yesterday and maybe room for one more. But perhaps that extra space is taken up by the big white power units.

We now have a fancy sign, and lots of magical orange power cables
