I pulled the trigger a minute after it went live to order. $85.6K drive away in the ACT for a Stealth Grey because we are stamp duty exempt. A performance bargain IMO.

They use the Panasonic pack in the US cars because it enables the use of the Federal Tax Credit as theses packs are manufactured in the US.

He’s indicated only to the same level as the Panasonic.

So Lars has come out and said they can up the power on the LG Pack to the same level of the Panasonic through a software update if they want to. Wonder if this means a Ludicrous power up option is on the cards at some point.

It's amazing that some genuine performance figures haven't leaked about this car. There certainly must be some ironclad nondisclosure agreements in place. Elon certainly not afraid to drop the hammer if anyone infringes.

The depreciation on EV’s has been frightening in the last couple of years. Look at the Mercedes AMG EQS53 and the Audi e-tron GT. 50% in 2 years. I’m sure there’s others.

They'd be foolish to get greedy and overprice this thing. 1st quarter numbers disappointed the market and this would only exacerbate the situation moving into thd 2nd quarter. Price it competitively, go for volume and they’ll do well.

There has to be a Ludicrous Mode purchase option for this car to get it to around 2.6 0 to 60. They did it with the P90D etc... Yes bigger battery but also a heavier car. Otherwise the sticker on the back is pointless.

It would be Ludicrous to call the car Ludicrous and not have that Mode and just have Insane Mode. :)
