It turned up after a few more software updates (not sure what version, but it was later than what release notes posted elsewhere suggested). It’s been working for us since then with each subsequent update, though not getting notifications of events so would only be looking at footage stored...- sir_bergs

Hi, We picked up our MY last week and are unable to access live video. I’ve seen other posts about access issues with older software when it first came out, but we have the latest software (2022.24.8) and iPhone app (4.12.1-1271), so would have thought this should be available.
