Is your refresh X blowing air out of the 3rd row air vents?
PSA to all in this thread: I had my 2022 Model X Plaid fixed for this exact same issue. It is NOT within spec for the 3rd row vents to not blow air; I was able to fix this with an in-service appointment which confirmed that the 3rd row ventilation was not connected properly.
