@Pianewman it’s not intermittent: it’s fully reproducible and it always happens on a cold start when leaving from our garage. And always on the driver side. Sounds more like what @rbcopod described

@rbcopod it’s exactly our same issue: car in a garage, only flickering on the driver side. I have taken a couple of screenshots to show which bit of the headlamp goes off - see below:
