For a reference point, the second VIN I received is newer than the first one that I had originally received and then had lost due to the auto cancellation.

Another update. I received a VIN yesterday, about a week after I placed the new order. I’m surprised by how quickly I received a new VIN given the other stories I’ve heard. Will let you all know when I actually receive the vehicle. I’m definitely feeling better about the situation.
