Forgot our lass is a way on Thursday morning for a couple of days and she was my lift to collect so I've just popped into my local branch and my collection is now Wednesday 30th Nov :D Brilliant day all round haha

Further update - I have spoke with Tesla on the phone, expressed my frustration, 20 mins later I was reassigned a new vehicle, not only that, it is in stock at my Local Branch (Newcastle) and I can collect on 1st December instead of the original 7th so I'm now pleased I was assigned the wrong...

So spoke to Tesla Chat and they confirmed my order spec as in the text, then when they checked the PO from Lex, Lease they can see the upgraded wheels are on the order, but Tesla have basically F**ked up and haven't upgraded the order!! now my car will be unassigned, and I will have to wait for...

Just received this text, (delivery on 7th) however I ordered 19” alloys! Hope it’s just a text error and I don’t go to the back of the queue!!

Tesla will be in contact with you via text to tell you when then will be delivering, on my text there was no choice, just it will be delivered on this day. I however agreed to this then went on chat and changed to collection for the same day as the collection point is only 10 minutes from me.

Anyone know what is meant by “low touch collection” am I correct in thinking it’s basically self service…. Was on my collection text.

I find chat is more responsive and feel they’re a little more personal with you (as in I believe they look into your account more thoroughly instead of just a generic response through text)

White, blk int, 19” ordered end of Jan, original EDD was march, moved to May, moved to Sept, Moved to Dec.

So even though my Lex app says EDD 10th December, I've just rang Tesla and they told me I'm down for November :D On another note she said "there is no deliveries in October, October doesn't exist in Tesla calendar" anyone else ever heard of this before?
