So I have my VIN and then told me the car is expected to arrive to Dydney on the 18th of December. How do I find out what ship my car is on? I searched on the RoRo link but nothing came up?

My delivery date just moved from 3-16 jan to 16-30 Dec

I've lost 5kg now I've started walking to work everyday since I sold my car in September. My optimism had me thinking Tesla would deliver it during the first month of my delivery period estimation ... and then I saw this forum hahahaha.

Love this, Tesla gives 0 visibility on delivery date until like a month out and expects you to change all of your plans and cancel trips to pick a car up in their time. What an absolute joke of a process.

I don't think Tesla knows how to reduce wait times. It feels like the SCM is in above their head and can't manage the orders effectively. The order growth is outpacing their ability to keep up.

Its also their job to answer phone calls and respond to questions. That's what they are paid for.

Yep my SA told me my VIN would be assigned September. Still waiting, so they have no clue.

Very much the same, either I get my model 3 or I don't get to see my family for Christmas. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I don't have high hopes but my fingers are still cross to get a 2022 delivery before xmas.

Yep they would pretty accurately know exactly what production run your car would be produced on and what orders they will and will not fulfil. They have the best of the best working for them. But they actively chose to withhold the information until the last second. Why, many reasons.

If they gave updates and communicated and not just leave people in the dark. That would make the experience better. I know Tesla is not the only car company with bad communication (It's basically all of them) but I'm still frustrated.

If thats the case I will be very sad.

Would be faster to get a job in Tesla's supply chain team to find out your order status than waiting as a consumer 🤣 Just wish I could get a more accurate date period even if its months after my estimated delivery window. Refreshing the page hourly is almost a form of torture.

I ordered my Model 3 RWD 18 March and haven't heard anything yet, it's killing me how long they are taking to deliver. Worst thing about this is you order a shirt online you almost know the second the shirt will arrive to your door, yet 70k+ purchase they can't tell you the year it will be...
