    I did autopilot or cruise control performance and just typed out that I wanted to do the HW3 upgrade and then they added the computer upgrade.

    Correct, I put in a service request for the HW3 upgrade, they approved that and then the SC added the 12v battery (proactive)

    I dropped mine (2018 LR AWD) off at the sunnyvale SC today, they're replacing the 12v and upgrade to HW3 both free
