    Leveringen Model Y RWD Europa

@JWTheKING Mr Miserable over on the 2022 shipping movements thread said this recently: You may have noticed from the spreadsheets but the VINs produced are no longer necessarily sequential. They are building in batches and so a 49xxxx VIN may have been produced before a 48xxxx VIN. It has been...

    2022 Shipping Movements

Mine will be unloaded in Southern Europe, probably Koper and transported to Denmark. Not sure how normal that is. Would have thought Zeebrugge or something roundabouts would be more likely.

    2022 Shipping Movements

Nice. I didn’t think I could use chrome. Searching for LRW for me was much easier - just 1 result. When I searched VIN: or VIN or’’VIN’’ it always came up with loads of results. Guess it was the app…easier on chrome.

    2022 Shipping Movements

I remember now that I have heard before the VIN of a leased car won’t be visible to the customer beforehand. Don’t know For sure.

Interesting! It’s a confusing ol’ system.

    2022 Shipping Movements

Hey! If Tesla said you have been assigned a VIN, it will almost certainly be visible in the source code of your order page in your app/browser. If you have chrome, I think you can read the source code easily through selecting some options in the browser. If you have iPhone, I’m not sure of an...

    2022 Shipping Movements

    1. Anybody found their car on the Hoegh Copenhagen? If so, was it a 2023 model? 2. Also, if your car is on a Hoegh ship, will your VIN search on their website always show it? 3. Lastly, I think the Grande Abidjan is owned by Grimaldi Lines, the Glovis Summit by Hyundai Car Carriers and the...

    2022 Shipping Movements

Interesting. Is your VIN hidden in the source code, or has Tesla also made it visible to you via the app? Without knowing whether our estimated delivery windows are accurate this time, it’s hard to know anything. If both our cars are on Hoegh Copenhagen, it’s hard to believe it would take 2 -4...

    2022 Shipping Movements

I thought so too, but when I ran a search on Hoegh auto liners website nothing was found. Not sure if that means it is definitely not on that ship, or perhaps the vin needs to move from a hidden to visible vin first But I’d think that was unlikely. It remains a mystery :) Could the ship stopping...

    2022 Shipping Movements

I received a VIN (source code) on Friday evening for delivery of a RWD Y to Denmark. Estimated date on the Tesla app is 15-29th Nov. This was after the delivery estimates for everyone were removed since they were so bad/often changing wildly. Tesla centre said the next one will be accurate. So...

Model Y has anyone received 2023 VIN yet?

It’s hard to know because it could go the other way. The non-USS Model Y may come with 5mp cameras and if the vision only works soon enough as well as the USS system does, future buyers will definitely want the meaningful camera upgrade.

    2022 Shipping Movements

Nice! So that’s a 2023 Model Y then! If I understand correctly, the P in your VIN is what tells you it’s a 23 year model Y. I wonder if they are coming with the new 5mp cameras from Samsung and the significant suspension improvements Elon tweeted about (said all Ys produced at Shanghai on 15th...
