Documented an erroneous FCW alert
How did you report this to Tesla ( what phone number did you call) or is there any other way to report this? Twice in two days the car reported a FCW at the same spot on my daily route after i made a turn. This is severly affecting my safety score which is increasing my Tesla insurance premium.- Virs

Autosteer/TACC false forward collision warnings
Were you able to report this to Tesla and get the FCW warnings removed from safety score? Facing the same issue here , false FCW warnings at the same spot twice in 2 days now, obviously have the video evidence to back this up, just dont know how to report this.
