Weird that it's the same spec car, in the same state. Your EDD hasn't shifted at all? My EDD disappeared for a few days, but I think that may have just been a system bug.

Western Australia doesn't use RAV. It's an Eastern States thing.

Having thought about this a bit more, it wouldn't surprise me if these WA in stock cars are cancellations. Ordered before the WA State Gov announced the EV Rebate for cars under $70k. The spec these ones are puts them over that threshold.

I've noticed that all the ones in stock seem to have white interiors, otherwise the blue one would be the same spec as what 've ordered. Wondering if they're just cancellations? Or if they were spec that nobody actually ordered? I called about the blue one yesterday, the SA was happy to...

I don't think they are. Ordered 18 August M3 RWD, Blue, Standard wheels, black interior. EDD is still Feb - May 23. There was a M3 RWD, Blue, Standard wheels, white interior in stock yesterday, I didn't get a call to ask if I wanted to swap to that one though.
