Door windows not dropping down slightly in cold weather?

Single Departure Prep
Logical if the phone app wakes up the car. For 2 years I have not had success with the App waking up the car more than 5 to 10% of the time at home. Phone uses verizon, has good reception, so all I can think of is Tesla uses ATT which perhaps is lousy reception here. I do not have internet at...- taosun
