I think it’s a bit earlier on, I got my VIN when the MSC Immacolata was near Sri Lanka and then got plate as it was transiting the Suez

I’m also through octopus but changed to collection instead of home delivery by speaking to sales advisor at Tesla. They actually recommended collecting instead (and it moved my delivery day forward by a few days too!)

Got our MYLR reg and plate for collection on the 18th Feb, had to email the sales advisor to get it though! Not long to go now..

Also lease - changed from home delivery (17th feb) to collection which moved it forward a day. Been told a VIN has been allocated, wasn’t expecting one this soon to be honest! Lease company (Octopus) is updating agreements to reflect the new price before delivery.
