They said approval takes 3 business days. Then the membership process and coordinating with payee and transferring funds totals to about 20 days

Tower bank said the whole process until closure could take upto 20 days. Is this you with people who already took loan at Tower FCU

IRS clearly mentioned in their web site that delivery fees and taxes are exempted
