California DMV - Plates & HOV Stickers
I wouldn't worry about being pulled over for expired plates/stickers. I'm a severe procrastinator, and I usually put my annual DMV stickers on about 6 months after they expire LOL. Never been pulled over for that.- runteemc

which accessories to buy at order time vs after delivery?
Noob here, looking at some accessories before I order. Does it makes sense to select these at the time of delivery? Or buy them later? No, tax credit has nothing to do with tax withholding. If you owe $2000 at the end of 2023 because you under-withheld, you will get $5500 tax refund.
