BC Rebate - Can I order now or wait until application processed

I got the white interior and pre rebates with taxes it comes to $65 375. My rebates have not been applied yet. When I spoke with Tesla it sounded like they would apply then when I pick up the car.

The rebate does not show up in my account, but hoping when I pick up the car they will apply both rebates.

I submitted my application for pre approval for the BC rebate on Friday night and was approved today (Monday). I put in my order for the Tesla right after receiving the email.
