Yes it seems the floor on prices is still pretty high but the newer, formerly higher valued cars have come down quite a bit. It's compressed to the point where it seems like miles and model year don't even matter very much right now.

Being a rented space, they are liable for the damage done to your car. File a claim against their homeowners' policy. Do not contact your insurance. Not-at-fault claims still get logged on your file and are used to calculate policy increases.

A few days ago I would have said 35-40k. But prices have gone down again. For example, there is a 2020 Model 3 Performance at the Dodge dealer here with 55k miles at $33,900. So private would be low $30s IMO.
