Model 3 Power Reduced Warning
Still relatively lucky for you - I have a similar issue, though not sure about the root cause. Tesla Service is asking me for $500 to fix the issue for Model 3 (4 years old) - waiting to hear back from them after the service center takes a look. -

“Power Reduced” warning and Turtle icon
I am facing a similar issue "Power reduced" and the Turtle icon. When I reached out to Tesla Service, they are quoting $462. Wondering if this is similar to what others see in terms of charges for out of warranty. I have asked them to share more details.
